Who wins the District races in the runoff for City Council?

District F: M.J. Khan should win this seat to become the first Pakistani to serve on the City Council. Although a Republican he has strong support from Democrats including Sylvester Turner and the Asian community.

District G: Pam Holm will win this seat with the strong support of the Magic Circle Republican Woman's Club.

District H: A close race between Diana Davila Martinez and Adrian Garcia. Reminds me of the Gab Vasquez and Yolanda Navarro Flores race a few years ago. Gab won by winning Denver Harbor. Can Adrian do the same? Too close to call
